I am Stefan Hanhe – Specialist for Wellbeing. I received academic training in holistic health coaching, Kinesiology Alternative Medicine (with a focus on systemic therapies) in Germany, the UK and in Ireland.
I also studied practical ZEN Buddism in the UK and Sri Lanka for a number of years.
From my own path of successful self-transformation and working with Irish and International clients over the past 8 years, I developed my own healing methods to empower people’s well-being based on a systemic perspective.
The Latter means that we are all embedded into a number of systems e.g.out families and workplace have a huge impact on our well-being. I am convinced that systems influences are often the root cause of disease.
In the so-called systemic field, a sacred and protected space, systems influences can be made visible and subsequently changed to enhance well-being and vitality.
I will publish my first book in the English Language in 2017 called “The way to Health”, Stefan offers his work through SHP Ireland, a social enterprise incorporated in 2012 in partnership with his Irish wife Olivia.
I am based in Angelways Holistic Centre and can be contacted for appointments – Stefan 085 8894848.

Reflexology is based on the principle that reflex’s in the foot correspond to all the glands, organs and parts of the body. By stimulating these reflex areas, the treatment directly corrects physical imbalances within the body and indirectly corrects emotional imbalances. Reflexology had had great success in aiding a number of common ailments including arthritis, asthma, infertility problems, insomnia, heart and circulatory diseases, headaches and back pain. Athletes who have regular reflexology sessions often experience fewer injuries and it has even proved extremely effective in treating colic in infants. Hello there, I am a Professional Coach and Training Consultant. I am a native of Dublin but have been living in the Limerick region for over 20 years. I live with my family in the lovely picturesque village of Castleconnell. I have over 25 years’ experience working in the Private and Public Sector as a Banker, an Entertainer, a HR Professional to name but a few. This varied experience has given me a unique perspective and attitude to how I work and influence others. After years of working for others, I felt undervalued, underutilised and a little adrift in the world of work, something was missing. I decided I wanted to take control of my own destiny and to have a job that made a difference to people’s lives. I found Professional Coaching.
I am an ICF (International Coach Federation) Accredited Professional Coach. Coaching is a wonderful tool which creates space from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It encourages us to look within ourselves and discover that we are all resourceful, creative and whole. Coaching can help us face the stresses and challenges of work and family life. Coaching is about the present and how we can set ourselves goals to move forward, it is action-orientated and solution focussed. Coaching looks at the barriers that stop us from achieving personal and professional success.
Coaching provides a safe, trusting, non-judgemental and confidential space where you will be listened to and where you can work through the issues that are affecting you.
Areas of speciality include career coaching, financial coaching, life coaching.
I am also a Qualified Financial Advisor and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. I am based at Angelways Holistic Centre and Can be contacted through Angelways or 087 9391553.
Myra has over thirty year’s experience in health care. She believes that therapy is most helpful and successful within a safe, trusting relationship between the client and the therapist.
This includes helping people to identify their feelings and their needs and to see options for change. Myra provides gentle, non-judgmental feedback and paces the process to respect the client’s boundaries. Some of her areas of specialization are eating disorders, alcohol/substance abuse, depression, loss and grief, relationship issues, anxiety, living with chronic pain and anger management. She also works with couples and groups. Her chosen approach is often Cognitive Behavioral Therapy but she has been trained in and integrates many other approaches. She creates a warm, gentle and safe environment for clients in which they can work together to reach their goal.
I work with all age groups, individuals, couples, families and groups. Working with children and adolescents usually necessitates the provision of support for parents/guardians in addition to liaison with school if required. With regard to eating difficulties, Nutritional education and support is offered in addition to linking with family members to illicit their support for the client going forward. For Children and adolescents with eating distress Family Based Treatment is recommended.
My work as a Psychotherapist is to provide support for those who present with a wide range of psychological and emotional distress. Safe holding is vital. Anxiety, depression, loss, bereavement, work related and family conflicts, relationship challenges, eating disorders, Sexual abuse, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Post Traumatic Stress and self harm are just some of the themes that present in my day to day practice. My approach is warm and I will guide the client(s) towards recovery.
I am based at Angelways, Castleconnell,Co Limerick.

Bioenergy when pure addresses the “information/ frequency ” of health.
Transmission of this information of Health, contained in Bioenergy, adjusts and balances the biofield to restore health on all levels – physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.
When a person is under stress (physical, emotional, or environmental) their immune system will break at its weakest point. Cells become weak, misinformed, confused and do not function as they should.
Information, contained in this pure, coherent, all-knowing energy, helps reactivate the immune system to operate at its best.
“A person is sick when this universal doctor in him, which we call the immune system, is defective in a certain part of the body or in a certain organ. So, the therapist, could as a matter of fact be called the mechanic of the immune system. The moment you have fixed the energy in charge of our health, that is defective, a person heals.”
The immune system spreads this performance-enhancing “information” to all the cells and enables the body to heal at the source.
I have been practicing bio-energy for a very long time and work on donation. I look forward to meeting you and sharing bio-energy with you.
Please call Yilmas 085 8881327 for appointments or Trish at 086 3944746.
Bioenergy is intelligent and knows what the body needs.

What will it do for me?
Often people report getting in touch with profound sources of peace and wisdom, “inner knowing”, during healing sessions, and making connections or breakthroughs with issues with which they have previously wrestled for a long time.
